Handle 100% inbound leads; customers call with questions about potential bookings.
Your responsibility is to convert and secure the booking.
Ensure customer satisfaction with responsiveness and commitment at the core of your process.
Calls are received 24 hours a day, with peak times from 7am EST to 10pm EST.
This is a remote position.

Pay

Pay is based on your performance. The more efficient and better service you provide, the higher your commissions will be.
Actual amounts can vary depending on your sales performance and call demand at the time you sign in.
Our top agents make between $50,000 – $60,000 pesos a month.
